Fraser Coombes
Fraser Coombes is the Managing Director of Ray White Hamilton Property Management and a senior property management professional with more than 16 years of hands-on experience in residential property management and real estate leadership.
Based in Hamilton, Fraser leads the Ray White Group’s largest property management business by number of properties managed. Alongside his team, he supports landlords across Hamilton and the wider Waikato, delivering structured, professional management services with a strong focus on long-term outcomes.

I’ve been in the property industry for over 20 years, wearing multiple hats as an investor, senior property strategist, and business development and marketing leader.
For the past 7 years, I’ve focused on Business Development in the Hamilton, Waipa and wider Waikato property market, working with a variety of clients and partners, each with their own unique needs and goals.
I take a solutions-focused approach to everything I do. I understand that each property owner and tenant is on their own journey and requires a personalised approach to ensure the best possible experience.
