Tapi is our AI driven chatbot which helps you log your maintenance requests. Please use your name as listed on your tenancy and provide as much information as possible and tapi will notify your property manager on your behalf. Once we have picked it up on our end, you will be able to access and see communications from your property manager, tradies and scheduled work that may be undertaken.
